What is MyCSI?
The Malaysian Customer Satisfaction Index (MyCSI) is the first standardised national measure of customer satisfaction in Malaysia. It is created by Metrix Research Sdn Bhd (Metrix), a local market research firm with 17 years of experience in the local market research industry.
MyCSI employs the same proven model that is used by ACSI in the United States and in 10 other countries including Portugal, Korea, Singapore and South Africa. Best in class data collection methodologies will be applied by Metrix to ensure robust and credible data.
Index Year 2020 will be the inaugural year for MyCSI and the overall national report will be available for download in the first quarter of 2021. Given that this will be the first year of measurement, the scale will be limited and will not encompass all industries. Please register your interest in acquiring a detailed report for your company so your industry will be included in the study, slated to begin in Q4 2020.
